Christmas Tree Trio (evening)

In this two and a half hour workshop we will create a trio of Christmas Tree Luminaries using white stoneware clay. Sizes will range at approximately 5.5”, 4.5” and 3.5”. You will be provided with a slab of clay and all the tools necessary, a complete demo and hands on instruction. You will have access to various textures to personalize your trees as you wish. I will manage your trees during the drying process and fire them in my kiln twice for approx 24 hours each time. Trees will be white (unglazed) with a choice of colors for the stars. All trees include a flickering warm white battery tea lite. Things to be aware of ~ Clay can have a mind of its own, things can happen during all phases that are out of our control. Cracks appear, seams open, embellishments fall off etc. I do my very best to guide you in preventing these unfortunate mishaps, but they still may occur and happen to the best of us. Please understand that we are not responsible for any pottery that distorts,cracks, falls apart etc during the process, thank you. This is an adult class, bring your favorite beverage and or snacks if you wish! Bottled water and a snack will be available . This is a friendly, cozy, casual place. Wear your grubby comfy clothes, relax and just have fun with like minded peeps!!
