Finding the Right Operational Professionals to Support Your Vision. As the Latinx community grows in Boston, Latinx individuals are striking out more on their own, following their passions and making them into their own business. By relying on ALPFA’s L.E.A.D. Value Circle (Leadership, Engagement, Advancement, and Development), the Entrepreneurship Committee engages driven individuals to support and guide them on their journey in creating a robust network of individuals who help support these entrepreneurs. This program seeks to fill in the knowledge gap from idea to operational execution. Entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs alike need support in managing the various and sometimes complicated steps in organizing their business. From deciding how to legally organize their business, understanding the steps and documentation required to open and maintain business accounts, how to generate value with their business and leverage it for their own personal wealth goals, and everything in between - this program aims to provide this audience a general understanding of the operational aspects of their business so the entrepreneurs can focus on the solution and/or product that drove their passion to begin with. The audience will leave with a better understanding of how to create operational efficiencies to protect themselves, their business, and set them up for success. They will have a better understanding on how to vet these professionals so they can better align with their business vision and support long term goals.
