Fall is here! Classes have transitioned from the private outdoor Beer Garden to inside the aromatic Tap Room of Remnant. Join Andrea for a yoga flow guaranteed to build both your strength and your thirst! Class is thoughtfully designed for all experience levels and offers many modifications for beginners. Please bring your own mat or DM to borrow Please let me know prior to class if you would prefer not to be in photo/ videoThe indoor space is much smaller so please consider wearing a mask per your own comfort levelsIf we happen to have a warm morning on the horizon, class will take place outside Connect with me on Instagram for all things class related or to reach out via DM with any questions or concerns!
