Purposeful Pause is more than a yoga class. It is an event designed to refresh you mind, body, and soul. To provide much needed refresh during a typically busy time of year. In addition to an hour yin yoga class designed for all body types, ages, and skill levels, you will get a swag bag, refreshments, and community.
