I have a male cockatiel that needs a new home. He is not friendly can and will bite or attack you. He used to be friendly till he got attached to my dog..he then became aggressive. I feel bad that he is now only ever in his cage because of this. I use to let him fly and walk around the house. He definitely needs a hands on person. I am asking a rehoming fee of $120 this includes his cage and food.
