The following pizza slices will be paired with a wine from our list Pizza Margherita Traditional Thin Crust Slice (Rosemary Olive Oil, Tomato Slices, Basil Leaves) Alfredo the Chicken Deep Dish Sicilian Slice (White Sauce, Bacon, Grilled Chicken, White Mushroom) Pepperoni Sicilian Slider (with Marinara Dipping Sauce) Cheese Fantasia Traditional Thin Crust Slice (Cheddar, Feta, Gorgonzola, and Provolone) Taco Pizza Traditional Thin Crust Slice (Red Sauce, Ground Beef, Mexican Spices, Tortilla Bites, Cheddar Cheese, Tomato Slices, Lettuce) BONUS: A $5 vochure toward a future Noble Roman's Craft Pizza & Pub dining experience. We will also be offering our Tuesday 1/2 price wine bottle special. Must be 21 to attend. Advanced reservations required by 5pm the day of the event. As Catering & Special Events Manager, Ben is charge of booking and coordinating private parties in the Indy Metro Craft Pizza & Pub locations. He helps clients plan advance menus including bar options and brings 15 years of event experience that includes organizing and presenting at wine and beer tasting events. An avid home cook and entertainer, Ben enjoys pairing wine to match different flavor profiles and brings this knowledge and enthusiasm to his various presentations of food and wine pairings at the Noble Roman’s Craft Pizza & Pub.
