(WOMAN, Inc.) is a not-for-profit corporation organized as a community housing development organization on March 13, 1993 with the express purpose of developing affordable housing opportunities for women. The event is a casual fundraiser, featuring a silent auction, wine, networking, donation and volunteer opportunities along with good company and small bites! Come join us! Location & Time 3107 Leeland Street, Houston, TX 77003 from 6:30pm - 8:00pm No tickets or reservations are necessary. Just show up and we'll be there! Our Goal This event is to raise awareness for National Domestic Violence Awareness (October was National Domestic Violence Awareness Month) and support programs and services offered by WOMAN, Inc. We are seeking sponsors for this event from local business owners, corporations and other donors to provide contributions or goods and services for the Silent Auction. This is an excellent opportunity to promote your business and to bring awareness to a worthy cause. By providing support, your contribution will help to sustain unique, critical resources where women who leave violent situations can build stable, independent lives. Donations are tax deductible, and a tax receipt will be provided for income tax purposes.
