Reiki Healing Energy FACE MASKS MUST BE WORN Meet with us! We are hosting a reiki healing circle to encourage healing and wellness for the Orlando community. This event will be held WEEKLY at Indigo Float Orlando. Caroline Harmelin will be our guide in leading this event. Caroline is a reiki trained energy healer, working intuitively with her hands and her heart. ENVIRONMENT: This environment is a judgement-free space, rooted in compassion. By coming together and sharing our light, we not only raise our own vibration through healing but that of the collective as well. WHO SHOULD JOIN: Anyone and everyone can join, if you are experiencing high stress or any type of physical pain, OR if you would just like to deepen your current meditation practice this event is for you. WHAT TO EXPECT: Caroline will bring her intuitive gifts and healing energy accompanied by soothing music, we will start with a guided meditation to ground and connect with our energetic bodies. As we set the intention to send love and healing to everyone, each person may choose to sit or lie down on their mats; however, is most comfortable. Participants will have the option to receive healing from Caroline, through either light touch or hands above the body. The reiki energy provides deep relaxation and stress relief, like a warm hug for the mind, body, and soul! As the circle comes to a gentle close, we will hold space for anyone who wishes to share their experiences, whether it be emotional or physical. There is absolutely no pressure to share, but it will be a safe space for those who choose to do so!
