12' Gate & Pole Repair Modification / Mailbox Repair

My Gate Post needs to be replaced to support the weight of the 12 ft cattle gate that is on my fence. We also need to weld a stop plate and use commercial grade hinges. I also need to be able to open up the little section that I circled in red so that it can either open in or out and we can lock it down on the floor. With a ground bolt After the repair has been done we will need to realign the automatic gate opener. We also need the mailbox repaired, someone backed up into it and now it's all cracked on the bottom so we need to create some sort of barrier since some of it is in the ditch.
