Sponsored by: Vinyet Architecture and Heath & Kristin Sessions Please join Chef Rob Masone from Kounter for the 2nd Annual Chef’s Table Collaboration Dinner! Chef Rob will join forces with Flipside's Chef Jon Fortes to marry some of their best dishes over four courses! Tickets are sold per table. $800/table 8 guests per table Guests arrive at 6pm for a specialty cocktail experience (one per guest), followed by passed hors d’oeuvres from each chef. The bar will remain open throughout the evening with beer and wine options. Action plating begins at 7:00pm with a plated salad (by Kounter), plated appetizer (by Flipside), plated entree (collaboration), and plated dessert (collaboration).
