Painter Position 22$ hr to start Are you a decent human that loves to paint? We are a Residential Re-paint company looking to fill a Painter position Must be willing to give our customers the best service possible. That is our focus. Quality painting along with high level customer service. We do residential interior/exterior painting and cabinet painting. This is a w-2 position, no sub-contractors. Paid weekly. -Painter Position (can cut, roll, prep, produce quality work with some direction, spray experience a plus but if your willing to learn that's great) 22$ hr. to start can quickly get pay raise There is opportunity for pay raises and performance bonuses to hard working individuals What we offer -Paid for lunch break. We take a break to eat but you get paid for the break. (thats roughly $2,500 per year) -Paid travel time to jobs in company vans. We meet in Estero and drive to jobs in company vehicles. Then drive back from job in company vehicle on the clock. You dont need to use your own car and gas to travel to jobsites and you will get paid to travel to the jobsites in company vans. -4 10 hr days MON-THURS (7:30-5:30) FRIDAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OFF ALMOST EVERY WEEK. can work fridays if you want usually. If we work past 40 hours, which happens, you get time and a half like you are legally supposed to. If your boss is giving you cash at your normal rate of pay after 40 hrs they are taking advantage of you. They are legally required to give you time and a half. It is more money for you and is also important to keep work comp coverage up to date which also benefits you. -Paid Holidays -Time and a half after 40 hours -We provide all tools and materials. All you need to bring with is your lunch and water. -An owner that WANTS success for employees and works hands on with you to teach you the craft of painting. Your hard work is greatly valued by this company. I believe there are many "great people" in the workforce and would love to have a few on my team! Ther is no yelling or screaming. We just focus on doing a great job for our customers and try to respect each other at all times. MUST HAVE -If applying for Painter position you must have verifiable experience working for a painting contractor -Reliable Transportation to get to estero and preferably a clean DL to drive company vehicles -A STRONG focus on customer service -The ability to work well with others and be trainable -Must be on time and available for forty hours a week. Being Late or calling off is not tolerated.
