Join Laura Venable for a 60 minute Vinyasa Yoga Class in our Tropical House. Step into the month of December with a centered heart and mind! We will be practicing in our Tropical House, surrounded by beautiful air-purifying foliage. A four-inch Red Poinsettia is included with each ticket! This is an all-levels appropriate class, please bring your own Yoga mat and desired props (blocks, blanket, straps, etc).
