The Pat-A-Cake Playgroup provides parents a place to chat while their children with developmental disabilities and their siblings are participating in structured play. Trained volunteers will start with an introductory song, dance and story followed by sensory play or developmentally appropriate art project. The playgroup ends with a bit of free play, clean up song and goodbye song.
New parents will have the opportunity to speak to seasoned parents, ask questions and receive emotional support. The Pat-A-Cake Playgroup provides parents with:

Hosted by Adrienne T and Shani H., both moms of awesome kiddos. Pregnant moms with a prenatal diagnosis are welcome! Feel free to bring your new baby and ask questions! YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
