Help Needed: Childcare, Mother’s Assistant

Hello! I need a mother’s assistant who is happy to do childcare, organizing and cleaning with a cheerful energetic attitude. My two children are almost three, and six and a half. I need someone who can: 1. Get to know the kids and what they like. Learn how things are organized and be able to work with some level of independence at times if needed. 2. Be a gentle quiet presence helping to create emotional and physical space for two very independent, intelligent, sensitive and neurodivergent children. 3. Go to playground, library or other outings with one kid at a time so I can have one on one time with the other kid. 4. Listen and follow specific directions about organizing kid laundry and toys. 5. Help with kid meals and possibly some baking if you are good at that. 6. It would be a big plus if you enjoyed drawing pictures and cutting them out and then listening to, or co creating stories and songs with paper toys as props. 7. Also very cool if you or have an interest in theater, arts, dance, linguistics, music, math, engineering, geography or anything else fun and academic… tell me what you love to do! I need help on week days while my husband is at work (not evenings or weekends.) So all the potential times available are on MTWThF between 9am-6pm. Let me know when you are available and we can work out a schedule. I will ask for your hourly rate and then I will figure out how many hours we need. It could be anywhere from 4-12 hours per week depending on everyone’s needs. Please write me a short letter introducing yourself, and we can set up a time to talk on the phone.
