Mover help to load/unload truck

Have to move. I need a three bedroom home moved into the moving truck and unloaded into a storage unit. Assume this to be 2-3 hours to load, same 2-3 hours to unload. Trying for MAYBE Sunday afternoon, Monday all day is most likely, or Sunday afternoon dissemble some items and load with then Monday unload, or Tuesday... or could be later if you still see this ad up. I want to be moved by end of Tuesday but not always happens as planned. Basically I would need the help disassembling a few things, load truck, then need help unloading it into the storage unit as well. Assume $20 an hour a worker or if you have a moving biz and have your own rates, let me know what those are but I am on a tight budget... but need to move and in the next 3 days is my plan if I can. This can be one day assume is easiest, or maybe started in afternoon to disassembled and load, then finished next day unloading. All depending on who can help and their schedule. I was going to rent a uhaul, but if you have a truck let me know the size and cost. Pick up is too small and takes too much time to move a 3 bedroom so would need to be a box truck. If you have a hand truck or flat dolly or furniture pads let me know as well. I may need some things disassembled as well such as TV off the wall, patio furniture taken apart and boxes I have for them, couch comes apart and boxes I have for it, beds taken apart. I do have a gas dryer that needs to be SAFELY detached from the wall and a washer needs water attachments removed. Someone I know MIGHT help Monday 1pm seems the time for him to help. I am not sure if can have it able to be moved on Sunday as trying to get storage unit Sunday AM, but might be possible. Monday or even Tuesday as depends when I can get someone to help. Seems Monday is probably the day but let me know what works for you! But if getting storage unit is delayed, it can be other moving days, so if see this AD IS UP = I NEED HELP AND ASK FOR WHAT DAY MOVING IS NEEDED FOR. Have to dissemble some things before moving and I have to pack a few boxes in kitchen still.... so could also do some disassembling and partial loading say Sunday afternoon into evening then move it to storage and unload on Monday as well. Or any day like Monday load and Tuesday unload. Or load and unload all on Monday for example. Really depends if have helpers and things disassembled and ready to go. Let me know what days and times you have available, and if can ONLY load in Torrance, or if can ONLY unload at hopefully Paramount storage, or let me know if can do all of it. If can come with me to ANY storage place about 20 miles away to unload as Paramount storage might fall through, let me know that as well. I am unsure when posting this ad if that Paramount storage is for sure until Sunday... so if can unload in your area only... let me know where your area is and might need you if Paramount storage unit falls through Sunday and have to get another storage unit... which who knows that new storage unit might be is in your area. I am 40's female so would be best to find 2 people to help. Basic fairly light items of 2 free standing wardrobes, 1 queen & 2 twin beds, 3 dressers, 5 nightstands, 3 desks, few table & chairs, couch and wicker patio furniture comes apart and need to be boxed which I have the boxes. Bunch of kitchen boxes. About 6 file boxes. Bunch of garbage bags with clothes. The time is packing it nicely to fit in truck, and then especially to fit in the storage unit.
