Saturday night, Nov. 5, between 6:30 - 7pm, my bike was stolen from the bike rack in front of Price Cutter. The back wheel was locked, and the thief had to walk the bike off the lot, and probably along National, with the back wheel raised. The thief was seen by 2 employees who said he was a short, dirty guy. Lots of people should have seen this. I would really appreciate any info.
