Looking for dependable, reliable helpers who are hard workers and can do the work efficiently. Need someone with at least (5) continual years of experience. Someone who does work at a fast pace. Someone who can pay very close attention to detail. Someone who will be on time and can come early and/or stay late when needed without attitude!! I am looking for a person who can do at least one: painting, drywall repair, basic plumbing, basic electric, lawn care, flooring, gutter cleaning, post construction cleaners, demo helpers, moving helpers, deep cleaners, and basic carpentry.
