Rehanging a sign

I have a simple need for someone to rehang a sign I have above my shop in downtown McMinnville. Because of the wind my hanging sign has come off it's hanger.............or I should say VERY close to coming off. There are three hooks but only one is hanging the sign. This is something I need to take care of pronto. You would need a very high ladder to get up to where it's hanging, a good pair of pyers and a little wire. Please let me know if you have a ladder tall enough (about 25 ft) and are available immediately. This will literally take 15 minutes to do.
