There are some easy jobs to do and some requiring more skill. I am guessing maybe 10 hours total. I am tied up being a 24/7 caregiver and have not gotten things done. Plus I am not very skilled! One job is tidying up sheds and putting things lying around away. The gutters need to be inspected and put into place with the right slant and the right end caps, etc., as needed. The roof is not steep but will need someone able to stay safe, I need a facia on one board on our pumphouse fixed. I need a door put on to a couple of sheds that I can lock due to some thefts. I need my coops and little barn inspected and made safe. I need some berms repaired on the asphalt on our driveway. This will require putting some asphalt in place in the shape of a berm and arranging for it not to be smashed somehow (maybe using some old plywood and setting it up on 2 by 4s) when I take my car over the berm while it is setting up. I need someone to walk through my tiny farm and list any other chores. Some work could be done by someone just willing to work. A couple would need someone skilled. The work is not a rush. You can do it when you do not have other jobs that pay more. Fit it in when you can. Payment: Since I am a widow in my 70s with relatively little income, I won't pay much. You need to just be ready for that. Sorry! Otherwise, don't come to work for me. I wish I could afford to pay more! I am a friendly person, and will pay all I can! Maybe we could do some sort of barter, too. People sometimes try to take advantage of me so what I prefer is to pay a small hourly amount with a bonus for jobs well done. Well done would mean efficient but not super fast, skilled enough to do the job right. Also, honest, good friendly helpful attitude, coming when promised or phoning to let me know when something prevents that, staying safe, doing the job well and fully. I am easy to please and always pay bonuses. You can also tell me how much you want for portions of the jobs and I can pay that way with bonuses! Ideally, you would send your phone number.
