Long-term Handyman Wanted

Searching for a dependable Handyman to do periodic maintenance on our home in Friendsville. Once we find someone who is fair and reliable, we plan to stick with him/her for a long time. Current projects include fixing leaky faucets and cleaning the gutters. Longer term projects include finishing our basement and refinishing our old hardwood floors. We prefer someone who is very experienced at home repair of all kinds and really enjoys what they do. It's also a plus if you are "the little guy" instead of a big home repair chain. In other words...you work for yourself. That's not required, but we like to support local businesses. We would prefer someone who is comfortable with everything from fixing a leaky faucet to completely finishing a basement. If we decide to hire you, we would like to check a few references from completed jobs first. Thanks for giving this consideration.
