Poppy (pointy ears) is 43 lbs and Ginger (floppy ears) is 54 lbs. They are heeler mix sisters who were found as strays in San Antonio, TX. I am temporarily fostering in San Antonio until I can find them forever home(s). I'm posting on Craigslist in other states because there is an overabundance of stray and surrendered dogs down here. They're killing dogs by the dozens every day. I'm hoping to have better luck out of state. They are younger than 2 years old and still have a lot of puppy energy. They are bonded. Very affectionate lap dogs, love chew toys, and love people! I have 4 other dogs and everyone has been getting along great until recently. My female has been starting fights with the sisters over chew toys. They would do best as the only 2 dogs in the home, but will consider separating them and seeing if other dogs in the home are a good fit. Someone with heeler experience is preferred. Unknown how they are around children. They have a high prey drive, so I doubt they would get along with cats but this has not been confirmed. Small re homing fee of $50 each. They are fixed, HW negative, and have had annual vaccines, but need to restart distemper schedule. Please email with interest! Thank you.
