Merit treadmill works great needs oil squeaks so you oil or adjust belt yourself if you are handy I have owner manual tells you how on page 25 under maintenance or can hire someone to do it if you wish. Model 710T I'm getting older and find I'm unable to use it anymore due to balance issues.
