Handyman for Regular Maintenace

Looking for a handyman with diverse skills to do regular (at least one day a week initially) maintenance and improvements. Our punch list includes the simple - hanging large art work, repairing faucet, changing lightbulbs on outdoor lights, changing/installing smoke detectors, realigning doors, building garden bed, etc. - to the specialist projects (either do or supervise)- build fence, new flooring outbuilding, and we have a drainage ditch which regularly needs to be bulldozed out. Flexible on days and time, whatever works. Looking for hourly rate, long-term relationship, and references.
