Press release from the City of Pelham: January 07, 2021 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER VACATING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET RESCHEDULE NOTICE Take notice that the Pelham City Council previously scheduled a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th day of January 2021, at the Pelham Senior Center, Pelham, Alabama, to consider a proposal to vacate portions of Panther Circle as described below.  The portion of the street proposed to be vacated is located on property owned by the Pelham City Board of Education.  Any citizen alleging to be affected by the proposed vacation may submit a written objection to the Pelham City Council or may request an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.  The portions of the street proposed to be vacated are described as follows: All of Panther Circle lying within the city limits of Pelham, Alabama. This public hearing has been rescheduled for 7:00 p.m. on the 21st day of January 2021, at the Pelham Senior Center, Pelham, Alabama This press release was produced by the City of Pelham.
