Harper was rescued out of a kill shelter he is already neutered approximately 5 to 7 years old, he went through hell but is OK now. Harper gets along with females but not males, he does not like cats he wants to chase them. He is housebroken very well mannered great in the vehicle would probably make a good trucker dog, loves to sleep with you, very calm. He has been in foster for a while with no luck of finding him my home. Must have a fenced yard he absolutely cannot be on a chain and it needs to be a taller fence, if anyone is interested in meeting this boy please let me know ASAP, small adoption fee to ensure you can afford a dog
