Description
If you like being outdoors and staying physically fit, and enjoy working on your own this is the job for you.
Duties consist of general grounds keeping and use and maintenance of all usual lawn and garden equipment.
Occasional painting projects, power-washing, pruning, cleaning, repair and whatever it takes yo keep our community cared for, safe and welcoming.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday 9A.M. - 5 P.M.
What You Will Bring:
Prior work experience in maintenance/grounds keeping field
Organizational skills in the work area and with tools
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
