*GET PAID SAME DAY* Experienced Carpenter to demo and reframe

We are seeking a LOCAL experienced carpenter or handyman to help us fix our autistic son and daughters mobile trailer AS SOON AS POSSIBLE Damaged by hurricane Ian ( WE CAN NOT AFFORD A BIG CONTRACTOR ) we just need an experienced maybe retired local carpenter or handyman who will not GOUGE us. We feel this job at most with someone who knows what there doing will only take at most 2 to 3 days START TOMORROW IF NEED BE AS WE ARE READY TO GO This is a VERY SMALL single wide mobile trailer size wise at most is 1,000 sq. ft but remember the 2 bedrooms and 1 bath are already done so the areas of work to be completed is not much ( pics are attacked ) (Note: 1 bath and 2 bedrooms have already been remodeled prior to the storm) Since our last ad we were able to get great help from great people and got all the debri cleaned up and some minor demoing done so all drywall, old wood paneling is all removed. We please need the following help with The following asap. - 1st The Roof needs Fix so all other work doesn't get re wet or damaged so we have to start there 1st patch and repair roof which has 4 leaks mainly only affecting the hallway, kitchen and living room ( Note we think all this needs is a piece of aluminum to help divert the water away from the mobile home ) ( Time wise I'd say 1 person half of a day ) - 2nd Floors throughout demoed down to metal framing of trailer need reframed along with new sub floor ( We have laminate already purchased that needs to be installed ) - 3rd Ceilings just need some insulation put in and re drywalled ( only in one small section of rear bedroom, whole ceiling in the other small one bedroom and all of kitchen and living room Ready for paint * We will paint * - 4th We only need 3 sections of walls reframed and drywalled ( One wall in bedroom and two walls in livingroom / kitchen area Ready to paint. *We will paint* - 5th Install Kitchen small cabinet countertop and sink reattach plumbing. We will purchase all the supplies to get the job done just need experienced Carpenter and or Handyman honest trustworthy Is a fair priest My son and daughter Are currently staying with friends and family as we all know this only last so long as it becomes an inconvenience staying with other people In addition to my granddaughter was supposed to come down here this month to sray but now it's delayed until we get this remodeled We're not asking for anything free by all means but just some help at a fair price taking into consideration our situation it seems like alot of Contractors out there are high priced Gouging out there.
