I just watched a YouTube video done by the epoch times. Pa sent out 250000 mail in ballots to people that supplied the wrong ID. Wrong drivers license or last 4 of social security number. They sent them knowing the ID was wrong. Should these ballots count? I don't think so, but how would they either be excluded or by verified? This state is a joke.
