Summary: Maintain clean the offices for all staff at the Fort Lauderdale location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
• Pick up trash in of all wastebaskets.
• Pick up plates and glasses from offices and lunch areas.
• Sweep the floors in the reception area, hallways and different labs.
• Prepare coffee, wash the coffee pots and change filter of the coffee makers.
• Clean and organize the kitchen including tables, countertops, refrigerator, microwave
• and sweep the floor when needed.
• Wash all dishes using the dishwasher, empty dishwasher when done and put away
kitchen silverware, glasses and plates.
• Maintain the napkins, paper towel holders and different kitchen utensils filled at all
times.
• Organize boxes and lab materials for trash pickup.
• Clean and put away the utensils in the perfumery lab, cosmetics lab & color lab.
• Pick up, empty bottles, remove labels, wash and recycle the bottles.
• Clean and dust shelves and tables in the reception area and conference room.
• Clean conference room glass panels.
• Mop the floors in the reception area, hallways and different labs.
• Clean and vacuum the offices including desks and blinds.
• Clean and dust over the extinguishers.
• Clean doors and cabinets in the color lab.
• Recycle materials used in the color lab.
• Purchase milk, oranges and grapefruit when needed.
• General maintenance of perfumery lab including the refrigerators.
• Clean the wood blinds in the different offices.
• Clean glass doors in the different labs.
• Prepare kitchen supplies list.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements:
•High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or six (6) months to one (1) year of
related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Fluent in English and Spanish
