Job Title - Commercial Painter Job Description Established Commercial Painting Company is looking to hire a full-time Professional Painter to maintain the neat appearance of property interiors and exterior structures, buildings, and other surfaces as required. Our ideal candidate will have vast experience working in the field and is knowledgeable in selecting painting materials and tools for their job while observing all safety measures. In addition, they must be responsible and possess excellent attention to detail when completing their duties. The goal is to deliver high-quality painting work and make our premises look new. 
Responsibilities - • Painting, waterproofing, caulking, staining • Examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary • Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering floor and fixtures • Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping and sanding to remove old paint • Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material • Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture • Paint surfaces according to instructions • Apply varnish and different finishes • Calculate quantities and costs of material required • Adhere to all health and safety precautions Requirements - • Proven experience as a painter • Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them • Solid knowledge of commercial and construction painting techniques • Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns, etc.) • Good basic math skills • Must speak English (Bilingual preferred Spanish and English) • High school diploma • Successful track record with references is a plus • Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from job site • Must back background check Compensation / Work Schedule - • $23.00 per hour rate • Monday to Friday • 7:00am to 4:00pm Please forward resume for consideration and to have interview scheduled for vacant positions.
