For the past seven years, the staff of WeldWerks Brewing Co. has worked tirelessly to develop and improve their art each day; the skill of crafting beer worth sharing. This past winter, we started our latest adventure by opening our own kitchen and began to cultivate the creativity that would complement our craft. In an effort to showcase just how incredible we think our team is, on Thursday, November 17th, we are proudly presenting a special evening where the talented minds of our kitchen and brewing team will collaborate for our first in-house paired beer dinner. From 5:30 to 9:30pm, our guests will have the full attention of the leaders of both our brewing and kitchen teams and will be guided through a 5-course meal, with each course paired with a hand-selected pour. This event is intended to highlight the creativity of our chefs and brewers and will feature a diverse, autumn-inspired menu. The Chefs & Brewers dinner will be hosted in our Barrel Room and will mark the first occasion we’ve opened this cherished space to the public. We hope you’ll join us for the first event of its kind offered by WBC, as it is sure to be a dinner worth remembering. Tickets are on sale now for this minimal seating event! Tickets are $90 per guest and will include the following... A 5-course prix-fixe plated dinner5 full pours of selected beer pairingsFull service throughout the event led by our Chef, Sous Chef, Director of Production, and Head BrewerDoors will open at 5:30 pm when guests will be offered a welcome beer as they explore our Barrel Room. The event will begin promptly at 6:00 pm when the first course will be served. Please note: Due to the nature of this event, we are unable to offer menu substitutions. The beer dinner will showcase a diverse, autumn-inspired menu featuring poultry, fish, dairy, and gluten-based items. If you have dietary restrictions we hope you can join us in the taproom where we strive to do our best to accommodate dietary needs whenever possible. A brief preview of the menu can be found below. Gratuity and taxes are included in the cost of each ticket. Additional Details: Each ticket entitles the patron to 1 seating at this event.
