Lost dog? English Sheepdog?

Lost English Sheepdog? Lost grey dog with white chest and long floppy grey ears, tonight on corner of NW 43 and 8th Ave NW (right as you drive in or out of Fred Meyer, on the south west corner) at 8:45 pm tonight looking sort of mournfully around and thought it seemed strange. I went back to take a picture to post here (really horrible pic, I am sorry) and it headed behind a fence of sorts. The dog looked like an English sheepdog with sort of well cut hair, and its tail sort of between its legs like it was not happy. Well, thought I would post here just in case someone is missing their pup. I am sorry, I did not try to take the dog home but am hoping if someone lost this pup, this post will help
