Join us for this hands on class about homemade Gnocchi. Guests will get to enjoy the food prepared after instruction. Instruction includes: classic potato gnocchi from scratchricotta gnocchi doughrolling, cutting, and shaping gnocchi preparation of 2 sauces and cooking Menu: Potato gnocchi with walnut cream sauce, Herbed Ricotta gnocchi with roasted brown butter squash. We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class.
