Gentle green broke 21 year Paint APHA mare. This mare can be ridden but doesn't understand to go or turn. She does understand to stop. She was on pasture for 20 years with a herd of broodmares. Though she was never bred per the previous and lifetime owner who is now to old to go out of the home to do anything with them. I was told she was ridden with snaffle, but she did not appear to understand me. I was also told she was ridden with a saddle but I have been on her bareback. I do not have the experience or youth to train her. She is a great pasture pet or for a young person who wants to teach her. She is very friendly and comes right up to you or follows you around.
