Translate Semitic? Do graphics? A treat 4 Arctics/UFO enthusiast

Hi: We are "way out there" avant garde researchers. We have found a map and pik that we need help with. The map is too blurry to make out place names. The photo details (antique) require translation from a language (Semitic?) (sample attached)? It could also benefit from graphics to bring out further detail. Is there someone out there who could give any info on the language or: [1] Use graphics to make the map (and pik) more readable? or [2] Translate the faint writing? And, if you are interested in these sorts of topics, we have avid passion on this path. I consider myself to be a Fake History expert. If you can do either of these tasks, and you ARE an enthusiast, I suspect that what we've found will be truly exciting. It's thrilling to us.
