This unique evening begins with a guided tour of the production brewery, where guests will receive a sample of Dosvidanya Mexican Chocolate - Silver Medal Winner 2022 Great American Beer Fest (GABF®). The tour is followed by a welcome beertail and starters in the Barrel Room, and four courses of thoughtfully crafted dishes created by Senior Executive Chef Jacob Sartin and his talented team. Each course will be paired with a Dosvidanya Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout variant, highlighting this award-winning beer. Guests will hear first-hand from CEO/Founder Matt Potts about the origins and character behind each beer pairing. Guests who also purchased tickets to our Dosvidanya Day release party on Saturday, November 19th will be able to pick up their beer allotments and purchase additional bottles/cans at the dinner.
