Come zen out with some puppies! What to expect: A one hour yoga class for all levels. Our instructor is able to provide alternatives for all levels from beginner to advanced. PUPPIES! Our puppies will be free roaming the space during the class. They will likely join you on your mat during your practice or show you the proper way to do a downward dog! You are more than welcome to invite them to zen out with you on your mat. Please plan for your practice to be interrupted by cuteness! We invite you to stick around after class for a glass of wine and some puppy time! What to bring: Mat, Towel and Water. Please note mats will NOT be provided. Hope to see you there!
