$12 Adv / $15 DOS Reserved Seats and Tables Available Join us for a very special evening of creative expression with this all star quartet featuring Dennis Brumback, Felix Pastorius, Daniel Combs, and Kurt Stracener. The performance will be a mix of Combs and Brumback's original compositions, in addition to a wide array of covers and rearrangments including the music of Bela Fleck, Rachmaninov, and more. Felix Pastorius (bass): Pastorius’ reputation precedes him, and rightfully so, as he leaves an impact on both listeners and players alike with his playing prowess and eagerness to share the language of music as he speaks it. His numerous touring credits include work with Cindy Blackman Santana, Jeff Coffin’s Mu’tet, The Yellowjackets, as well as his own group, Hipster Assassins. In addition to touring and recording, Pastorius has released several books on bass theory including Hot Dog Dinners For 4 String Electric Bass, Just A.S.I.P. Of Coffee, & The Chromatic Scale, and Scales From Rhythm And Outer Space... Aka Tetra Cocktails. Daniel Combs (organ/ keyboards): Combs has, over the last few years, become one of the most recognizable and versatile keyboard players in North Carolina. He’s been a member of many groups in the region, including work with Ashley Heath and Her Heathens, Josh Clark’s Visible Spectrum, Elora Dash, Awen Family Band, The Travers Brothership, and more. In addition to this ensemble work, he has always maintained time to play his own original music, with groups such as TUB and Loophole. Dennis Brumback (guitar): Brumback's combination of soul and virtuosity influences his unique approach to the guitar, and has given him a wide array of opportunities throughout his musical career. His resume includes work with Ashley Heath and Her Heathens, Dirty Logic, TUB, and many more. He is currently located in Northern Virginia, this will be his first show in NC since 2020. Kurt Stracener (drums): Stracener is an accomplished drummer of many styles. His dynamic and thoughtful performances are a pleasure to experience for both his fellow musicians as well as audiences. His work includes bands such as Mellow Swells, Moon Unit, Halo Trio, Simon Dunson Quartet, and more
