We are seeking individuals who are ready to help us deliver on our mission to provide exceptional Solar installations and an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Become proficient in solar awareness and becoming an expert on Solar Energy Installation Ensure a positive and high quality customer experience during all interactions Meet or exceed individual and team goals Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your skills Qualifications Those with Construction, Roofing, and Electrical Experience, are especially invited to apply Excellent communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Coachable and self-motivated Capable of working well under pressure and able to meet installation goals Able to perform with minimal supervision Resourceful, able to multi-task read a blue print/diagram and problem solve Available for some Saturdays work Must be at least 18 yrs of age and have reliable transportation Perks; Very generous compensation package Path for career growth and leadership opportunities
