CREW LEADER & LABOR POSITIONS AVAILABLE for The Garden Gate, a residential landscape installation company. Must have 5 years of experience running a 3 or 4-man crew. Read and understand blueprints. Be reliable, organized, and professional. Direct all crew activities. Install pavers, CMU block, and stone (driveways, patios, bbq islands, etc) Operate equipment if needed. Train crews. Full-time position. Must have a valid AZ driver's license, be capable of working outdoors throughout the year, and have reliable transportation. $18 to $30 per hour depending on experience, plus performance pay.
