CREW LEADER for AZ Landscape Maintenance, a residential landscape maintenance company.
Must have 3 years of experience running a 3-man crew.
Read and understand client maintenance requests.
Be reliable, organized, and professional.
Direct all crew activities.
Properly trim trees, shrubs, and accent plants
Properly edit irrigation cock settings
Properly repair irrigation issues
Properly use equipment (hedge trimmers, pruners, sprayers, blowers, etc)
Lead a team.
Full-time position.
Must have a valid AZ driver's license, be capable of working outdoors throughout the year, and have reliable transportation.
$15 to $20 per hour depending on experience, plus performance pay. Full health insurance is paid after 60 days.
