Looking for homes that we can house workers and host short term rentals. Pay for both to landlords is above market rate. Short-term rentals are making ridiculous money right now, and we can manage almost every aspect of it for you. $500 for finding a house for weekly and monthly renters. $250 paid 1 month after the first night and the other $250 on the 2nd month. $1000 for nightly and weekly rentals this can be a 2 bedroom apartment or a 5 bedroom home. We will pay more than $1000 finders fee for a larger size home. The payment will be split into 4 payments, every 30 days. If you are interested reply with hiw many bedrooms and bathrooms you have available, when they are available, and how many total guests you would be comfortable hosting.
