The Turkish American Society of Minnesota is excited to announce that Cooking Classes resumed on Sunday, September 4 at 2:00 pm. In these classes, you'll have a chance to learn Turkic recipes from our instructors who specialize in the particular cuisine. At the end of each class, we will be enjoying the wonderful dishes we have made together. Thanks to those who joined the first and second cooking classes at TASMN. We had wonderful sessions! Registration is open for the upcoming two sessions. We will have Session 3 (November 6) -- Savory crepe with beef sauté and Turkish-style pumpkin dessert Session 4 (December 4) -- Turkish-style kibbeh (icli kofte) and ostrich egg-shaped dessertThe participation fee is $35 per person/session.
