Join us for a 30 minute flow class for families. Join us for a healthy lifestyle yoga adventure! Tammy with Cocoon Yoga lab will lead families in a flow class featuring classic yoga poses, dancing, breath, and playful movement. This event will take place our Walmart Community Room. Please bring your own mat or beach towel. All ages and abilities are welcome. Registration is required.
