The HVAC helper will assist in the installation of HVAC equipment into residential customer's homes. This includes equipment such as: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers and other related components. What You'll Be Doing Assist in the installation of HVAC equipment into residential customer homes when needed. Assist in equipment cleaning and troubleshooting Assist in installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in residential buildings. Load all necessary materials and equipment required for each job into company vehicle Follow all safety and training per company policy and procedure Ensure that company vehicle is maintained and in operating order Clean job site after all work is complete Participate and attend all required employee meetings and trainings Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Eager to learn the HVAC trade Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude Ability to operate power and hand tools safely Must be able to lift 50lbs Comfortable working from ladders that are 28' and possibly higher Excellent customer service skills Comfortable working outdoor in the elements High school diploma or equivalent Must have valid driver license and insurable driving record Work Schedule Full-time - Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (must be flexible to customer needs and length of job)
