Will train, no experience necessary. $500 bonus after being brought on regular payroll.

Duties include helping the Forman, mixing cement, digging holes, climbing hillsides, cleaning up jobsites and work truck.
Other requirements include:
Valid California driver’s license
Ability to speak and understand English. Spanish is a plus.
Ability to follow detailed verbal instructions.
Pride of workmanship.
Reliability
Starting pay is $17.00-$20.00 per hour DOE
Regular full time employees are eligible for Medical and Dental insurance and also profit sharing.
