IF a woman of any age claims she got pregnant by rape.
In order to get an abortion, she will have to go before a panel of ?? to prove she was really raped and became pregnant or just wants an abortion.
That will go over really big in solving the crime of rape. It's bad enough for a woman to go through all the questioning, etc. now. Make her go before a panel of ?? to prove she was raped will pretty well wipe out women coming forward.
