We are looking for general labor with multiple jobs in the Trade Show industry, in the Greater Austin, TX Area. General Labor - experience and certifications are not required, we do train new-comers, however they are preferred for expideted onboarding! -Must be timely and polite, able to follow directions and work successfully on a TEAM. -*Must* have a cell phone to access the company job scheduling app, timeclocks, and on-the-job Team Chat threads. -Must be qualified to work in the United States (W4, W9, SS / EIN, US Drivers License/State Issued ID, and/or US Passport required for verifiable identification). - Showing up *on time* to various locations throughout Austin to perform General Labor duties (ie: unloading trucks, positioning rental furniture and modular bars, showroom clean up, positioning signage and graphics, setting tables, chairs, linens, skirting, drapery, on placements of pre-designed floorplans, setting stages, setting truss, etc.). - The general labor job is a physical job requiring you to be able to stand on your feet and be moving for an entire shift (less breaks), being able to lift/move up to 50 lbs., being able to speak and communicate clearly in English with Crew Leads and clients. - Preference given to applicants who have proper tools, impact, drill guns, screw drivers, C-wrench, etc... -Preferenece given to applicants who have OSHA 30 Certification. Any addiitonal certifications/education or prior experience in trade labor are a plus - for example: Forklift, MEWP, High Rigging, AV Technicians, Electricical, Stage Hand, Carpentry. - Must be able to lift 50 pounds + We work in the fast past convention and entertainment industry around the world.
