3yr old Great Dane seeking rehome

Hi there! I’m looking for a perfect new home for my 3yr old Great Dane, Sherlock. He was rescued by my family 2 years ago. Unfortunately, we are moving to an area where we cannot keep him. This is not an easy decision and I am truly seeking a great home for him. Sherlock is a very smart dog and knows basic commands. He does attend doggy daycare on occassion, but as a Dane, likes to be a coach potato in whatever room people are in most of the time (he knows not to literally be on any furniture). He lives today with cats; they get him pretty excited at times. He is VERY good with people and children. He can be overly distracted by other dogs during walks, but it depends on both dogs. He loves to go for car rides and is very good in a vehicle. It would be great if I can find a home to a previous or existing Dane owner (he is my 3rd). Sherlock is healthy with all his current shots. I am not seeking a fee; much more interested in a home he will thrive in. He will come with his toys and bedding.
