Someone stole my friend's laptop need donation

Hello, someone stole a laptop from a person I know from the shelter we are staying at. He doesn't speak much if any english. I was wondering if someone could donate him a laptop it is the only way he can communicate with his family from singapore. If anybody has one that can donate one to him much appreciated.
